The staff was very pleasant - I would stay here again. I appreciated this low-budget hotel and stayed for 1 night here. The location was favourable, short walk to restaurants as well as downtown Ottawa, in a fantastic area.

We loved the convenience of the king room, as well as a microwave oven, central heating, and an iron with ironing board etc. Got good bed and free Wi-Fi. Its location was good close to the event We was attanding.

The receptionist was friendly and the property was clean and quiet, perfect for a late check-in. the breakfast options were great, especially the waffles that my kids enjoyed. the pool was a good size and warm, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. I was able to check in an hour early, which was a great convenience.

Everything felt exceptional, nothing was too much trouble.
